Productivity Systems Inc.

Productivity Systems ("PSI") was founded in 1980 as an
independent engineering and consulting firm specializing in
the design and implementation of integrated material storage,
handling and control systems. Over the last eighteen years,
PSI has designed integrated material handling systems for a
wide variety of industrial clients and has developed extensive
experience in high security applications for currency, coin and
check operations.

In 1997 we formed Productivity Systems International, Inc.
("PSII") to develop the international market for Integrated
Cash Management Centers. Productivity Systems International
is located in the Atlanta, Georgia area (USA) and handles
