The automated systems we design frequently include special containers, conveyors, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS). These components are integrated seamlessly with real time control systems to achieve just-in-time deliveries. We also use simulation technology to model alternative operation layouts and processes and to assure the performance of the recommended systems. By simulating different scenarios of input/output activities, we can not only determine the right design for each application, but also help to re-engineer the related processes and operations.
