The automated systems we design frequently include special containers, conveyors, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS). These components are integrated seamlessly with real time control systems to achieve just-in-time deliveries. We also use simulation technology to model and logistics optimization technology to model alternative operation layouts and processes and to assure the performance of the recommended systems. By simulating different scenarios of input/output activities, we can not only determine the right design for each application, but also help to re-engineer the related processes and operations.
